If your patient meets eligibility for a Mental Health Care Plan under the Better Access Initiative, then please fax (07 3568 8303) or email (angie@drangierandell.com) your referral with the following information
- Patient diagnosis
- Number of treatment sessions you request (up to 6)
- Statement that a mental health treatment plan or psychiatrist assessment and management plan is in place
- A copy of the mental health care plan

If you are another professional wishing to refer – it’s easy. Simply call me or email me to discuss the suitability of the referral. I can see patients without a medical referral in place.
